What's on?

Below you'll find the current programme of activities for this year's BREAKOUT event, which should give you some idea of how great the weekend is going to be. We'll keep this as up to date as possible so you always know what you're letting yourself in for!

The events will be making full use of the NEC Arena, Forum, Pavilion and surrounding grounds. Look out for a more complete timetable of events as more things get finalised and October draws near.


F R I D A Y
Motorway Madness & Operation Friendship
 
S A T U R D A Y
10.00 - 12.00 Exhibition / Sports Pavilion / Street Theatre / Carnival / Treasure Hunt / Fair Trade Café / Workshops / Chill-Out Zones / Training / Leader Support / Breakthrough Counseling / Non-Competitive Games
12.00 - 1.00 LUNCH plus some areas will still be active, like the Exhibition / Sports / Café
1.00 - 2.00 NATIONAL SPORTS FINALS - Five-A-Side Football and Netball plus other areas such as Fair Trade Café / Workshops / Chill-Out Zones / Training / Leader Support / Breakthrough Counseling
2.00 - 3.00 TGI COUNTDOWN plus there will still be the Fair Trade Café / Workshops / Chill-Out Zones / Training / Leader Support / Breakthrough Counseling and the Sports Pavilion will re-open
3.00 - 5.00 TGI SATURDAY plus the Sports Pavilion / Fair Trade Café / Workshops / Chill-Out Zones / Training / Leader Support / Breakthrough Counseling
5.00 - 7.30 Time for TEA but there will still be the Sports Pavilion / Fair Trade Café / Workshops / Chill-Out Zones / Training / Leader Support / Breakthrough Counseling plus more Street Theatre and hopefully the Carnival
7.30 - 10.30 ALLIANCE CONCERT but for those wanting something different, there will be Jazz and an Alternative Arts programme, plus there will still be the Fair Trade Café / Chill-Out Zones / Breakthrough Counseling
10.30 onwards Back to host churches for OPERATION FRIENDSHIP
 
S U N D A Y
10.00 - 11:00 PRAISE PARTY for those attending BREAKOUT.
11.00 - 12:00 BREAK; all the cafés and exhibitions will be open for one last look.
12.00 - 1:30 WORSHIP CELEBRATION which will be filmed by the BBC to be aired later in the year on SONGS OF PRAISE. Our friends from the Birmingham Churches are invited to take join us for this magnificent celebration.
1.40 - 2:10 BREAKOUT FINALE including ever popular Pom-Pom Throw
